Jam lovers, mark your calendars—Mr. Specific is rolling into The Ideal for a night of high-energy improvisation and unstoppable groove. Known for weaving together darkness and light, dissonance and harmony, chaos and groove, this Colorado power trio has quickly become a force in the jam scene. Their dynamic live shows have earned them headlining slots at venues like Enigma Bazaar, Globe Hall, and The Black Buzzard, festival appearances at Beanstalk Music Festival, and support gigs alongside jam-world heavyweights including Magic Beans, Lespecial, Polyrhythmics, Consider the Source, and Cycles. With Will Ganas on guitar, Colin Smith on bass, and Ian Maxwell on drums, Mr. Specific thrives on pushing sonic boundaries while keeping the crowd locked into a deep, infectious rhythm.

But that’s not all. This jam-tastic night at The Ideal features a FULL lineup of emerging jam bands, bringing together some of the most exciting improvisers and groove-makers in the region.
